No, not me - must watch out for it!

They've closed my ticket in their system (or marked it resolved) still without me ever hearing a word from them.

I also googled the service provider and sent them an email (in addition to my calls and message) but no response on that either.

Be careful, we ordered some of the lanterns from Grabone and they were posted all the way from China, so in some cases you aren't even dealing with NZ companies. They did arrive but not for 2 months, as you can imagine the shipping time from China!!
