I'm still a bit worried because nothing seems to have changed at all since my 13 week scan. I was a size 10 before I got pregnant and I'm still more or less that now. I haven't felt any kicks yet (I know it might still be a bit early), but there just doesn't seem to be any other way of knowing what's going on.
I just wish there was some way of checking to make sure bubs is ok. It's still two weeks til my next scan, and it's driving me nuts not knowing if everything's ok in there. I'm so scared of getting to the scan and being told that the baby died weeks ago.

Mikaela, try not to worry yourself. You could always give your midwife a call and go and hear the heartbeat (I did that today!). That may reasure you.
And as most of the girls on here have said, everyone is different. I'm sure you'll pop out real soon and forget what a size 10 ever was!!

Mikaela, I really didn't change noticeably until 20 weeks. Since my 20 week picture, I have popped quite a bit.
SimSam - I am a big fatty, but everyone has noticed it as preggy change, not just more fat (I was worried about it too). My latest bump pic is on page 83 of the June board if you want a look - it is me at 23 weeks (though I don't look that big front on, I figure it was bigger as I had just eaten!)
With boobs, I am still in my normal bras (16/8 DD), though I have bought a couple E cups that I have started wearing. Hoping this means I won't grow too much there!

Mikaela they say you don't usually feel bubs move until around 20 weeks, and often later than that if the placenta is sitting in the front (not a bad thing but it blocks a lot of the little movement feelings). Go ahead and ask your mw if you can pop in to see her this week and listen to the heartbeat for reassurance.

You sound like me Mikaela I show late and don't get that big. Try not to worry soon you will be getting kicks all the time.
Just remember some people don't know they are preg until they go into labour and my mil is about a size 6-8 and when she was preg with number 1 she still fit all her clothes all the way through.

Hi Mikaela,
I feel exactly the same. I am bigger but I can convince myself it is just bloating and bad posture ( I could always make myself look a little preggie before I was). I have my mother and my fiances mum coming to my next scan and I am scared something will be wrong too. My fiance just rolls his eyes at me as if to say "here we go again". I get lots of hassles from him about being a virgo....assuming all goes well if this little thing comes late he'll have another virgo to contend with.....I'll get the last laugh
I'm trying to stay positive and from what I've heard everyone feels the same. A friend told me of a friend of hers that didnt know she was preg till 26 weeks!!! She was also tiny. A couple of days later they were looking at her going "how could you not tell....you look preg"

Hey Mikaela, i wouldnt worry to much as long as you feel good about yourself and bubs seems to be fine, and kicking. We all grow at different rates and each pregnacy we carry is different. With me i hated the fact with my 1st pregnacy i grew so fast and people thought i was having twins or was going to pop 4mnths before i was due. This time round i hate the fact that i didnt start showing till 12-14wks and am only just noticable at 23wks(Both my bubs will be boys) And i'm a pre-preg size 6-8.
Just keep positive, i bit hard i know, coz i've found motherhood full of worring times; this just must be the 1st test!!

I though I wasnt growing over the last couple of weeks, until I went and put a shirt on that I had worn the week before and I am bursting at the buttons!! So I am growing yay! I get heaps of comments from customers saying that I am tiny. You start to get paranoid and compare yourself to every other preggie you know. Not good. Im taller too so I think there is a bit more room to spread out.
Also last week the baby wasnt kicking much and I started to get paranoid, but must have been turned the other way because Im getting beaten up this week!

I was so paranoid about my babies that I hired a doppler. Always intended to send it back once they started to kick regularly, but I couldn't do it - I needed the reassurance on 'quiet' days!
And I was a sz 20 pre pregnancy with both pregnancies. With Maya I didn't really look 'pregnant' as such till around 6 mths, and it was still a bit ambigous right up till around 8 mths depending on what I wore. With the gremlins I had a very definite bump from 16 weeks, and was being asked when I was due by 20 weeks.

Mickaela if your only 19wks theres no need to stress about not feeling bubs yet, with haleigh i didnt feel her till around 17wks but that was only flutters nothing major til over 20wks, this time round was earlier but kicks about 18/ 19wks (something like that).
This time round I havent gained any weight all Ive gained is a bump with my first i started gaining weight in my first trimester and bump showable over 20wks.
I had a lady tell me I was tiny for being 25wks when Im actually bigger than I was with Haleigh at this stage, so I dont know what the lady was on about lol.
Some people compare others to their own pregnancies I found, with Haleigh in my 3rd trimester I was so huge people were shocked at how big I was but they were people who only had under 8lb bubs and were tiny and I had a nearly 10lber inside so I thought that may have been why.
