Some of you might remember me having a big whinge last week about the sucky scan I had, and how I sent them an email telling them how unimpressed I was with how the scan was carried out...

Well... I got a letter from the big boss today offering to repeat the 4D scan so that we can get some decent images.

So just wanted to say that although I was unimpressed with their initial service, they are trying hard to make it up...

Will let you know how it goes tomorrow...

Yep, I think he thinks I am a bit of a hormonal idiot coz his letter was a bit condescending so I rang and explained that after having 11 scans this pregnancy I kind of know they should be doing...

But HOPEFULLY we will get som edecent 4D images...

i missed your first post, what happened at the scan and excuse my ignorance but how is a 4d different from a 3d?

3D are the still pics, 4D are the moving ones.

And my first post was just a random moan about how the lady rushed thru the scan and didn't check all the things she was supposed to check and then gave me some really crappy 3d pics so I sent an email to the manager, and he passed it on to the Dr in charge.
