Vix I know how you feel. This is the first time that I didn't spend the entire month before worrying about it! While I was sucking the gas I said to my mw, I'm a bit worried about whether this will be enough when it comes to pushing, and she said not to worry about that yet, stay positive etc, and somehow I was able to put it completely out of my mind and keep on working with the contractions.

MWs are really good at coaching too, my mw was saying things like "okay you're almost at the pushing stage, you'll know when you feel like pushing, it will feel like a big poo" lol etc, and all the coaching like that makes you feel confident too.

If you get anxious, make sure you talk about it with DH and/or mw, they will be able to help you find your confidence again. All the best!

Im not actually that little im 5'8 and generaly between 80 - 85ks i never got weighed by the doc at the start and neither by my MW i weighted myself at 18 weeks and was 85 then 32 weeks i was 81 kgs and a little concerned and started eating more and taking more suplements i fell like im eating more than anything else and still hungry and so asked mid wife last wens and weighed at 87.5 so she said we will take that as 7.5ks total and is still very happy with progress and bubys is measuring rite so well ill go with that will have to start weekly weigh ins so i can see how much i put on over the net wee while
