This might be meant for the food/recipie area but thought it would have a better chance of being answered quickly here.

Just wondering how long coconut cream lasts in the fridge. I opened a can the other week - say 8 days ago - and want to use the rest in a green curry tonight. It smells fine but not sure if it's ok to use. Any idea?

thanks

If it smells okay I'd guess it's alright. We've had some reduced cream in the fridge, opened and mixed into a sauce, for about 6 days and it's okay. Also when milk is just starting to smell (not quite off), it's still ok to cook.

I'd use it! (but I'm not very worried about those sorts of things)
