Hmmm I text her once when I had my huge bleed. Other than that I have only actually seen her twice. The other two times I have seen some other midwives at her practice!!


As long as she is good at birth I dont care about anything else!

I think you should ring them when you need to if you are worried about anything.

I've rung mine twice - once about a pain that needed explaining, and once for a prescription, and everything else waits for our monthly meetings.  I don't like ringing her at home, but she's very approachable about it.  My midwife keeps business hours and her clients are asked to contact the pager (which is shared around the midwives there) if there's an emergency outside of those hours.  I don't think I'd hesitate to ring it if I was really worried.
