Oh I am like that to Roxy, man the first time I farted in front of my hubby I just about died (he was only boyfriend then) but I had the worst stomach ache from holding it in it just about killed me. I remember making him block his ears!! Now he wishes he never tried to make me feel comfortable about farting in front of him cos I dont every burp so fart heaps (so he says anyway) hehe. My family are the same except one sister. Mum has never farted in front of dad and to my knowledge no one on this earth has ever heard my other sister fart or burp, she would be mortified if she ever did, its a family joke now, always try to catch her out.

I'm a controlled farter. Don't like people hearing it! Well... sis and her boyfriend can now... she's the stinkiest kid out so atleast I can't be worse than her.
P.S. Liz I know lots of embarrasing stuff about you. Can't quite think of it now, but I'm sure I do.

Im comfy farting around my kids!!! I dont very often do loud ones.once I did one in my car and it was so loud that I was driving round cracking up.......its strange that Im so reserved about farting round hubby etc cause my mum is the biggest farter/burper ever.(maybe she put me of)My little boy Caleb maybe bit like me.If he farts he always blames brooke(even if she in bed upstairs). And brooke at the mo....well she has no shame |

I never used to fart before I got pregnant the first time! It is true! NEVER! No one believes that! But now I am making up for lost time! I can't remember the first time I farted in front of Andy but I would have been mortified.

And back to the brazilian thing... I have always wanted to do it but I am too scared. The knees to chest thing really freaks me out, even after giving birth. Maybe after this baby pops out I'll psych myself up and just do it! Any of the shore girls know a good place to go?

Bwahahahaha. What a good giggle this thread has given me. If it helps brighten up your day though ladies, when I wasn't able to get out of bed after the birth (from blood loss) and the midwife was trying to change the sheets, guess who let one loose just as she bent over ? Ah well, I should just be grateful my perineum is still intact ! |

lol man it was horrible sitting in hospital with heaps of visitors and dying to let one rip! was sooo uncomfortable. Hubby is shocking and does it anywhere anytime, we always argue when we are out because he does it and I get sooo embarassed.

Taine used to be really stinky farting. One day he let a loud one rip and mum looked at me. I said that was Taine and she didn't believe me. she said babies don't smell that bad! jake now lifts his leg and farts - then giggles. Must be from his dads side...I have much more decorum

Whenever Andre lets on go he always says "Pardees Andrew" in a really low gruf voice. He is so cute doing it. And if one of us does he'll say pardees mummy or daddy in the same voice.

Josiah looks around with a really proud grin! He's just started to realise what's going on with his body, and is (typical boy) very proud of any noises he produces. It's very funny and cute to see him try and burp a second time.
