I have decided to stop expressing and dry up. Do any of you lovely ladies out there have any tips as to how to help with this? What to do, what not to do???? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Only thing I can suggest is Cabbage Leaves. And don't laugh I'm serious! chop them to size & tuck into your bra. My mum swears by it & she has had 4 kids. She told me she just stopped and used the cabbage leaves, oh & if she started to get sore, she expressed just enough to take the edge off. She never had any problems with mastitis or blocked ducts or anything while she was drying up.

I dropped a couple of feeds and then just decided one day enough was enough and pretty well went cold turkey so to speak. I found it uncomfortable for a few days but nothing like when the milk comes in.

The cabbage leaf advice is correct, they are unbelievably soothing yet very very unnattractive when you take them out!!!! I used them when my milk came in and highly recommend keeping a cabbage in the fridge.

I basically went cold turkey and before my milk came in and just used good old cabbage leaves, they are great. Was still a bit sore but they were so soothing and I had no problems
