the dreaded lurgy that is... 
well i'm hoping i can shake it...feel like crap today and was an effort to get the kids brekkie... last night hubby was throwing up (and other stuff i wont gross you with...)but has gone to work. my stomach has felt really queasy and my head feels like it is stuffed with cotton wool.. yuck...
and i have at least two loads of washing that should be hung on the line...

Oh poor you! Sounds awful. You need to take care of yourslef though, the more you relax the sooner your body can recover (yeah, cos you can relax when you kiddies and a sick hubby - lol!)

Oh no Debs. It's doing the rounds all right. My SIL and her hubby and all thier friends went down with it last weekend and we had it the weekend before (it's responsible for me now being a vegetarian.)
Try to get what rest you can - tricky I know - and I hope you feel better soon.

I think your DH owes you one for putting up with him having it all week... and doesn't he have tomorrow off work? Perfect opportunity to take his boys to the park and let Mum lounge around the house all day in peace

thanks guys, i didnt get as bad a dose as some, luckily...cause i had to get up at 5 bloody am for toby this morning. grrr, unfortunately i didnt handle it well and hubby had to deal with both boys briefly at 6am...but then he got to go back to bed and snooze till after 9. ahhhh, the joys of being the mum
