im so happy i just started at the gym over a week ago and the first time on the tredmill i was taking it slow just doing a fast walk not knowing how fast i could still do then on the 2nd time i ran for 10mins non stop and today i ran for 21 mins non stop im so proud i thought i could only run for 1min hahaha yay

yeah i feel much better after starting up finaly doing something for myself and not just sitting around. now the hard part is eating heathly lol

yay today i managed 20mins on the crosstrainer and 25mins running with a 5mins slow jog/walk cool down hehehe.

i wounder how long i can go by next week hehe im really enjoying running i never thought i would =)
