Also, I hope you start to feel better soon. Take care of yourself.

how funny. I just did a search of pre labour (in hope that something I am experiencing now will be someones prelabour signs...big hope as I am not experiencing much) and I come across this thread....that I started...on my last due date and here I am again feeling EXACTLY the same. It took another week for Tom to arrive....but this time no cold/flu (touch wood) so hopefully bubs will come sooner.

I went 4 days over my EDD and then while I was in bed my hind waters broke and made one heck of a mess.... then I had regular braxton hicks all day (labour day 2007) a really LONG transition and 48 hours and a lot of stressful times later She was here!

I didn't have any kind of "build up" days, it was all a bit of a surprise. I'd been nesting for weeks so I don't think that counts really. The evening before I had really soft poos (sorry TMI) and then in the morning I woke up to a show and was off my food, mild contractions started midmorning and that evening I was holding my newborn baby.
ETA: lol, so unobservant I never noticed the date of your first post. Sounds pretty promising that your getting the same buildup and hopefully without the cold you'll be going into active labour soon.

Taine was 10 days over....and those days were incredibly long - fr me and those around me I imagine.
I had had lots of BH - so many that my MW thought I would be early.
I spent ages on here bemoaning the fact that I wasn't in labour and how annoyed I was.
Labour day - we woke, took Jake to the park, wandered around...went to bed. Needed to go to the loo, and pop - waters broke and it was all on. I think I had a show, like after the waters broke, and that was it.
