i can get my payment as soon as i return to work or after a year, if i get it straight away and leave before a year they make you pay all or some of it back so best to wait till your years up. i get 3 months worth of wages if i did. tempting but as i was full time and unsure if i can job share or be part time i don't think i want to go back full time. but will see closer to the time.
