With the nipple sheilds I used them for a bit too cos like Sam Jack just wouldn't stay on so it ripped my nipples to shreds. I had a lot of people saying how bad they were but I did my own research and the ones they have now are fine cos they have that wee hole so baby still smells you. I know a lady who used them for 9 months. My midwife said to hand express a bit in the shower tho just to be on the safe side.

At the end of the day its no biggie if your bub is formula fed.
