I'm an idiot, I'm running IE7 via XP and I have somehow managed to turn off the top tool bars. Does anyone know how I did it, and more importantly, how can I make them come back?

He said if you go to either view or options you should be able to turn them back on there. Does that help?
Give me a ring if it doesn't, he'll be home for about another 15 mis and can talk you through it :)

Go to Tools/Toolbars, then tick the ones you want showing. Then lock them!
