Congratulations!!
Hmm, feeling pregnant at 4 weeks? Nope. My symptoms consisted of sore boobs and a little bit of tiredness. That's about all the symptoms I got I think. All that I can remember anyway.
With my first pregnancy I would get nauseous if I hadn't eaten in a while, but that didnt kick in until about 8 or 9 weeks.

I cleary remember complaining that I don't feel pregnant when I was around 4 weeks. I wish I'd never said that as I got ms from about week 8 onwards and ended up being in hopsital with hyperemesis... so enjoy the 'no sypmtoms' while they last!

Here we go again, another baby on it's way!

Oh phew! I'm so glad I found this thread! I'm 5w2d and was getting worried through my lack of symptoms! I don't feel pregnant in the slightest! Glad to hear it is totally normal not to feel pregnant and that some woman just don't get morning sickness. I feel better now!

Both first trimesters (and second trimesters for that matter) SUCKED!!!! I have hypermesis. But, each time I throw up it reminds me that I'm still pregnant which is such a good thing.

Errrgh...first trimester was miserable!!!
I feel for the poor ladies with hypermesis, I can't imagine how awful it must be...I felt wretched enough!
I didn't get ill until I was about 8 weeks I think, and it tapered off at about 13 weeks. The fatigue was the hardest thing to shake.
Things are fine now, thankfully. I hope everyone feels better soon! <3

Yeah the tiredness is a b*tch at times, some days are better than others though, its quite hard cos I get really tired at work around lunch time, come home to try and have a nap and then at about 8pm im all wired and ready to go but then its bed time! Talk about confusing.
Also, the waiting for 12weeks to come is slightly doing my head in too haha

I think I coped with the MS better than the fatigue, that's for sure. Even now its quite hard not to get tired if I've had an active day!

Congratulations on your pregnancy!
Me, I felt nothing. Because of this, I didn't discover I was up the duff till I was 23 weeks along (and only when I got, as I thought, fat). I had to take the weight-loss books I'd just got out back to the library and swap them for baby ones, to the amusement of the librarian on duty. :)
Seeing my daughter's beautiful face a day later at the scan made it all very real, very quickly.
Hope this doesn't sound smug to the poor nausea-sufferers; I've been very, very fortunate. I hope you have a lovely, easy pregnancy, too.
