This week we are going to get those butt muscles burning with a daily step challenge. I want you to do 100 step ups a day, using either a single step, some phone books or anything stable that will suit the purpose!
I also want you to remember your 2L of water a day, and your 30mins walking. You can continue to add an extra 15-30mins to your walk every other day too.
sweet, i'll do what i can with my sick wee girl/s, blah! at least i can keep up the water and steps just unsure if i can get out the house walking YET.
i used to live on the forth floor - no lift, and had to carry heffalump child up them, as well as being six months preggers. I'm sure that counts for now.
