Poor you! I was just actually thinking what I would have done if it was U2 that was coming (my favourite band!!) and I was due.

In hindsight there would have been no way I could have gone 9 days after baby arrived - I could barely make it to the other end of the house let alone out the front door due to c-section!

But tough decision cos you could get to the day and feel perfectly fine. Good luck with your decision!!

I so wanted to go to Guns n roses but was due two weeks before I think so couldn't go and boy I gutted. I actually think you could handle it if they are your favourite band and baby is still inside. However I so couldn't of done it with a newborn, even if bubs is early getting milk sorted will be hard.

If I was you I'd buy a ticket anyway cos they will most likely sell out and you can always sell it if you don't think you will make it.

After all your advice I think that majority rules and that the most sensible thing to do is embrace my new role as a mother and realise things will change (for a while...)

If I *really* need to go, I can sit in the car outside and listen! LOL.

My new mantra - "there will be more concerts, there will be more concerts"

Now, how to tell Dh that If I'm not going, neither is he (I know I am a MEAN wife!)

E!

As if man!

I'd totally go

Or at least give myself the option!

Buy the tickets... you never know what will happen as far as when you have the babe.

Need I tell you about sitting at the computer 9 days overdue trying to type out my final school work??? I'd have much rather been at a concert!

As far as babe goes (if kidlet has arrived), chuck 'em in a sling and hang at the back (/somewhere comfortable). Just pack for Siberia as if a disaster is gonna happen, it'll happen there

In fact, book me in to come along!! I can help out.

P.S. When I went to Ben Harper last time I'm pretty sure I spent most of it sitting down at the back just taking in the atmosphere (and errrr stuff)... it wasn't like a damn mosh pit. Kid would be fine.
