For the past couple of nights Jack has been fighting to go to sleep at bed time, normally he goes to bed quite happily around 8 but the past 2 nights he has been screaming for 2 hours and i have had to get him up for a cuddle before going to sleep around 11.
I think it could be to do with me giving him chicken for tea for the first time or maybe its time to drop a daytime sleep. So if you can remember how many sleeps and for how long did your 6 month old have during the day and how many feeds?

Jack at the moment has 2 2 hour and 1 1 hour nap and 5 milk and 3 solid feeds. if i cut out the last nap i'd also cut out a 1 milk feed.

Umm, Hannah was having one 2 hour and one 1-1 1/2 hr sleep. And having 4 milk feeds plus 2 solid feeds a day. She goes to bed at 7, and we recently went through the screaming at bedtime thing - the quickest way for her to go to sleep was to leave her to scream unfortunately, if I picked her up it just prolonged the whole thing. Good luck

Taine is about the same age, and very occasionally sleeps through the night. He's been sick recently so has been sleeping more than usual, but has probably 3x1-2 hour sleeps. he's been going to bed with his borther at 7, or sometimes earlier at 6, and then waking at 10 and going back dow an hour later. usually Taine has three naps, but only sleeps one hour tops
as for feeds, he has two meals a day - breakfast and tea. And has probably five milk feeds. But i wouldn't take my word as gospel and I make things up as I go along.
