Topic: Disposibles Question Posted: 21 March 2007 at 3:04pm |
Ok for those of us that use them and those that have in the past. If there has been a nappy in the packet that you haven't been able to use (due to being faulty) do you send it back to the company?? I have a couple of giggles that the leak guard is glued to the bit that goes on the bum and if I was to put it out the nappy would rip. If I sent them back what to they send in return for a faulty nappy that is almost too small for my boy?

this happened to me and if you explain that bub is nearly growing out of them they will give you the next size up. i would ring them first and explain the problem. they are generally very helpful when there is a problem.

I'd ring them, Treasures had great customer service when I had a fault with one lot of Maya's ultras. I had to send in the empty pack + the faulty nappy and one other and they sent me two packs as a replacement.

I had a cut off part (that's supposed to be used to attach around the sides) in a Treasures packet and I wasn't going to bother but then I had two! I sent the two cut-off pieces, but not the nappies they came from, with a handwritten note. I think I sent the packet with it but I can't actually remember their response.

I sent an email to Treasures from their website and a guy has sent on back to me asking me to send them back. So i'll be doing that on Monday and I just have to say that my boy is almost too big for the size that we are sending back.
