I work for a Harcourts who does property management, so know the sytem well. Make sure you complain to the manager about the behaviour of him as the manager may not be aware of what is going on.
Some are just left to their own devices so to speak.
With the Harcourts I work for, the manager is very hands on as its a smaller rental company so the manager has weekly meetings and knows what is what.
