thanks guys i never thought to put the design around the r although had thought of it being up top. i am going to get the colour redone as well, when i get round to it. got to mak sure it doesn't get too big as in my line of work it doesn't look professional - i work in a bank.

I have a cetlic sun on my lower back, in the middle, just above my butt. It is a design that my ex partner and I chose together (he got it on his upper left arm)but on the day the tatooist couldn't fit us both in, so just G got his done. He was killed in an accident a week later, so I went and got mine done as a tribute, kinda.....

oh thats so sad Clare, what a lovely way to remember him though. Hubby and i got matching tattoos for my 21st present, chinese characters though so nothing girlie hehe dont think he would have gone for a rose or heart!
I know what you mean Ann, i work in law and I dont think they would like me having obvious tattoos although a couple of the partners that have seen them think they are cool.

yeah work has never commented negativily against the ankle tatt - they can't see the other one on my back but I am sure if it got a bit too big and obvious they would - although what really could they do? besides I have skinny ankles so would look funny with a big tattoo.
sad about your ex dying not long after getting the Tattoo Clare.

Hmm tatts have never interested in me, some girls i know cant wait to get one, i can take it or leave it, if i was to get one it would be rather small in a place i could cover up easily, probably a butterfly or something, cliche i know
