Can you ring AirNZ and ask them? Even if you're not flying with them they should be able to tell you and they're open 24 hours I think.
I haven't heard that you can't domestically. They're looking at new procedures but they're at least 6 months away.
Paws would know wouldn't she? Can you PM her?

i'm pretty sure you can take them as long as they're declared and you have them in a clear plastic bag.

Probably too late but yes you can take them. No restrictions. Yet. After Feb 8's little stunt though it remains to see what will happen with domestic security!

You can take 100ml of fluids all up. This includes toothpaste, deoderant or whatever. They must be put in a clear plastic bag. I would take a letter from your Doctor for any medication especially if its liquid.
Bottles - take plain bottled water and single serve sachets of formula on the plane as they are sealed.

and it is 100 ml bottles up to a total of 1 L in the clear plastic bag for international flights. As Gen said domestic fine, although some mornings I confuse myself when checking in international and domestic at the same time and occasionally start telling domestic passengers they need the bags.

Yip Air NZ too even if I am back at work a month early.
Definately on all international flights, and be aware it includes anything you can smear, like lip balm/lipstick and an even include caramello chocolate.

Thats just for your carry on luggage. You can put sunscreens etc in your check-in luggage.
