Are there any foods you find you eat that affect Bubs?
Ive been eating a lot of avocado...Blake seems to be struggling when doing a poo?? Not sure if this is normal again or not???


Do your bubs strain and grunt when doing a poo?

Yup, Ben always wants to feed when pooing, according to my midwife this stimulates the bowel as well, so maybe that would help Blake?
When he tries to go when not feeding he just strains and pulls his knees up and cries, poor guy!

Yep - I can always tell when Nerissa is pooing coz she is grunting and almost pushing them out even though it is runny!!

Ooooh Ben sounds just like Blake ...Quite often I will put him back on to settle him (tut tut)..he will grunt grunt ...do a huge poo then nod off!! Ha ha cracks me up!
