Haha I doubt that girl will do that again any time soon!Good on you for confronting her, I would do the same thing (but then I'm a troublemaker and love confrontation)!
Oh yeah, and for some reason I'm thinking about that character Martin Lawrence played called Shanaynay, cause I'm sure she did the "oh no you didn't!" haha

kels you are right in when it comes to your kids you get the strength and balls to do it. Alot of people call me 'asertive' though I don't feel like i am (I guess I have to believe I am cause so many people have said I am) I just stick up for things/people when i know I am right or not wanting to see someone ripped off. If i was with you and i heard it if you didn't say anything i would of (stick up for my friend)

You go girl!!! I woulda done the exact same. I get sooo sick of the kids today being so rude and darn right disrespectful, my almost 16 year old stepson included. AND, Charly, I'm a retail chick as well, and I feel your pain. People are just so wrapped up in themselves today, its all "what about me?"
