Maybe not anti-police as such. My wording probably wasn't accurate. I mean critical of the police.

I guess you pick up on these things more when it's in the family.

Love the weakest link idea!!

I know what you mean star...I am of the opinion that if you do not want to be in trouble with the police then do not commit a crime of any sort and some people i have spoken to are of the opinion that there are to sides to every story and that police are there to "GET" people.   Unfortunately the police can onlly be reactive instead of pro active and it does dh's head in so he is looking into youth education to try to educate people from a young age and try to stop things before they happen.

Thanks McPloppy

I agree, a lot more work and resources need to go into prevention and education but with the police already stretched as it is we need to look outside the police and into the wider community to assist with youth programmes etc.  The trouble I guess is finding the volunteers.

OMG, OT, I just witnessed a grizzley old geezer coming out of the pub, getting into his van and backing into the car behind him and pushing it back a few metres then driving off. granted it was a tight space but we had moved forwards a bit to give him more room. Bet he was drunk!!! Don't worry i got his rego and found the owner of the other car. I also gave her my details inces she needs me for a witness.
