Gosh you ladies are very cleaver i can't think of any at the moment. However i d remember when i was dplanning our wedding comming accross a site that made flowers out of lollies. If you want it let me know.

How about making a lollie tree not what you are thinking of but it could be fun and maybe your wee girl could help too. Any lolly wrapped is good although you could use truffles too and pop a tooth pick in them and stick them into a polysteryne ball otherwise you would use pins.

My grandparents had this done for their wedding anniversary on a huge board, it was hilarious. It was more raunchy though! Something along the lines of my grandma "reaching for his PINKY and putting it in her KITKAT and him beginning to FLAKE, and having a QUIK EZE. If only I could remember the whole thing!

The other traditional gift for the 6th anniversary is iron (boring!)  I got a lovely pair of leather boots on my 3rd anniversary.  DH got a leather bookmark and some other non-leather gifts as I lacked inspiration.

Uh oh, I can imagine women being given irons for ironing, instead of something nice made with iron lol.

5th is wood I think... I couldn't really think of anything nice for DH that he'd like and wouldn't break the budget, so we went out for dinner instead

We broke the budget and bought a new wooden bedframe and a wooden wall unit last year.
