Babies Online - Nappies

I ordered from them, and I didn't pick up. they were good BUT the courier company they dealt with to come here were terrible and took forever to actually get to our door. they ended up putting the box on a SCHOOL BUS and the driver drop[ping them off. the nappy people were really apologetic about it, but unforuntatley it is the only company they were using, so we chose not to order again. the people on the phone were lovely so give them a ring.

We used them and it was free delivery in Auckland which was great but we also had issues with the courier company. We were home all morning yet recieved a "call card" to arrange either redelivery or pick up from the courier depot.

B rang them to get them to come back with our delivery as we were at home!! They got the courier driver on the line and we were told we had 2 big dogs on our property! Now I know at least one of our cats will love you to death and all three are a vocal lot but dogs?? When did we get dogs??? *sigh*

I thought there were stores that you could pick up from around the country...I would give them a call also.
