I'm less open than I used to be partly from moving to a new town where I don't know a lot of people so I tend to keep my opinions to myself until they're asked for.
Online well I've been on these forums for almost a year now so kinda view some of the members as real life IYKWIM.
I guess as I've got older I've realised that sometimes noone actually wants your opinion, and unless its really important I keep it to myself.
I'm less likely to share personal info online then IRL ie names, phone numbers, address info. I also don't like posting pics either online.
I tend to be a private person IRL too and only share a lot with a few really close to me
I think for me it depends on the subject. I can speak more of my mind online, but have a hard time in real life expressing my opinions.
There are definitely things I am not open about online as I know some people on here in real life so at times, there's just some things that you want to keep for yourself
I use to be really open about heap's of stuff on here, but scince relising it is a small world and I know too many people on here I have kept alot of topic's to myself that I would have normally posted. which I think is a good thing. Cause you do run the risk of thing's getting back to people intentionally or not I would hate to have said simething on here that someone had clicked on and then had it get back to me via someone else if that make's scence.
