we used to wake Ashlee up for a feed at about 10, and then one day when she was about 9 weeks, we decided to see how she'd go without being woken up then (because it was SO hard to wake her at that time) and she's slept through ever since!
So her nighttime routine starts at about 6.30 when she has a bath and then a final feed and is usually down in bed between 7.30 and 8 and sleeps through until 7am at least.
If you try it, he might sleep his 7-8 hours from when you put him to sleep at 7, which means you may have to get up earlier in the morning.
Ashlee's on formula so this may make a difference, I'm not sure.
