Lived in - New Zealand (Chch and Wellington), Hong Kong, Japan (Tokyo) and Singapore.
Visited - China (Shenzhen, Beijing and the Wall, Guilin, Yangshuo, Yangtze River, Chongquing, Yichang), Thailand (Hua Hin, Cha Am, Ko Samui, Ko Phangan, Phuket, Khao Lak), England, Bali, Malaysia, Cambodia, Macau, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Nara and other random places around Japan, Australia
Best place for a holiday - Siem Reap in Cambodia and Tokyo.
Favourite place to live - Singapore at the moment but NZ is where my heart is
Worst holiday - Phnom Penh in Cambodia: dirty, smelly, depressing and no fun to walk around.
Least favourite place to live - weirdly, Tokyo.
Freakiest place I've been - Christchurch after dark (I'm not kidding) and some of the taxi rides I've done in China
Lived NZ, Saudi Arabia. Bahrain, Dallas TX, Coming home to NZ in 1 month yay.
Visited, Uk, paris, Egypt, Jordan, Oman, Dubai, Beirut, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Mexico, US - Boston, San Antonio, Florida, South Carolina, Minnesota, LA, Vegas, Arizona, New Mexico, Austin, New Orleans, South Dakota
Best Place Jordan - Petra is out of this world.
Worst place - Only because I got really sick not the place itself was Taiwan. I didn't get to see it as I couldn't leave the hotel so I can't judge it. 24 weeks preggos with food poisoning wasn't my fondest memory.
Visited: Tonga, Vanuatu, Marshall Islands, Fiji, Australia (Sydney, Gold Coast, Noosa), US (LA, San Fran, San Diego, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Yosemite, New York), Scotland, Mexico, France (Paris), Sweden, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Israel.
Best place: Israel (especially Jersusalem), without a doubt - it has it all: amazing history, fascinating political dynamics (intersection of Judaism/Islam/Christianity), great food, climate, friendly people. (Although flying out of Tel Aviv was a complete nightmare!)
Also loved Stockholm (beautiful) and Vegas (crazy!)
Worst place - probably Egypt, I loved its history but it's too dirty and polluted for me, and I got sick of haggling for everything and people always trying to rip you off. Plus I was pregnant so the dodgy food there made me a bit worried.
And sorry Kiwi2 but Jordan was a bit of a disappointment for me - Petra was amazing but I didn't think that Jordan offered very much else except desert.
Would love to go to: India, if I was just travelling with my DH, and back to the States, if I was taking my daughter.
