Has anyone else had these removed?
Did you feel/experience any symptoms which you think was connected to having them?
Did you have any large cysts in pregnancy? If so, did your GP follow them up and send you for a scan afterwards?
Long story short, I've had several bilateral cysts since 14/15yo! Went for various scans but they were never big enough to justify surgery for removal, and by the time the next scan would roll around they had disappeared & often new ones kept cropping up!
Then whilst pregnant I had a 'simple left adnexal' cyst (I believe thats what the sonographer referred to it as) ...it was 7cm or so in diameter and was noted at all my scans! After giving birth I was experiencing cramping and nausea for quite some months, went to my GP and she told me it definitely couldn't be related to the cyst and that it was normal to feel like this after giving birth -so do you women agree that you felt the same way after birth? Woke up feeling yuck everyday?
Well now, 12 months down the track ...I am waking up to severe cramping daily, Irritable bowel syndrome, fluttering and movements in my stomach like there is something moving around in there

, bloating (and when I say bloating I mean to the point where I actually look 9 months preg and have been asked by a few strangers where bub is due

), constant heartburn (on top of chronic tonsilitis that keeps flaring up), nausea and last but certainly not least - when I'm lying down or on my side ...even standing up, my stomach will often morph and I have a HUGE HARD LUMP sticking out to the right side (my right) ...I push on it to feel around ...its painful, and after 30 secs or so my tummy goes back to normal. Some days I am very lethargic also hence why we barely get out and about anymore ...I just don't feel physically up to it most days!
Has anyone ever experienced similar symptoms - any idea what this could be?
I'M DEFINITELY NOT PREGNANT ...last time I had sex would have been around the time Lucas was conceived and I am without partner ...so that it totally out of question!
I know I should head to my DR asap instead of searching for answers, but i'm procrastinating ...and need to wait till thursday as I have no money! I am worried it is something I don't want to hear about OR she will turn around and tell me I'm a hypochondriac & imagining all my symptoms.
Am I in my right to request full bloods & tests to be done when I'm paying for a consultation with my GP? (expensive consultation at that...EVEN WITH my community services card) I'm scared I will walk away as per usual with no answers ...I don't know how much more I can take
