I'm an HR Manager so have been through this lots of times. Hopefully she'll bring an HR representative into the meeting to ensure the company follows a fair process which includes listening to both parties and determining whether further action is required. You can always tell them tomorrow that you've only had one day to find a support person and that is not enough time and ask to reschedule.
