Jack was sick wed night-fri night, me and Caprece were sick all friday. Jack has had a few diahrrhoea nappies today but seems pretty ok and I feel fine. I suspect its pretty contagious cos we managed to infect the kids baby cousin and my dad before anyone was even vomiting so when are we safe to be around other kiddies?

I can't remember if it's 24 or 48 hours after the last symptom (sloppy bowel/vomit)

i'd say 48 hours to be safe....some of the bugs going around are pretty contagious at the moment!

Either I think. Just 48 hours from last sign of sickness.

Definitely go with 48 hours from last sign AT LEAST. I know quarantine sucks, but it's the only way to prevent further spreading it around

we were going to be having coffee at Vanessas on monday but i guess its safer to stay home, I'd hate for anyone else to catch it.

The poor kids now have a cold so I'm just hoping they are better by christmas.

So totally understand how you are feeling. Josh has been (and still is sick - hasn't vomited yet today so hopefully on the mend) sick since Thursday night and is now losing weight with it.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
