He was in Invercargill which is like HOURS away!!!!!!!!! Hes home now and its soooo good!!!! Lol I keep listening for him and just watching him I'm so glad hes home!
My parents had already planned the trip down coz my lil bro and sis are down there and when I had my PND meltdown I knew I couldn't look after Jake while they were away. I don't know very many people and I absolutely HAD to have a break. My dad was so excited lol he was sure everybody who met Jake would fall in love, his enthusiasm was so gorgeous!! Of course everyone DID fall in love with my perfect child but hey its his mummys delightful genes coming through
Hes grown abit and hes doing things he wasn't doing when he left but I think thats the influence of my little cousins lol 7 & 10 yr old rough and tumble boys. Hes so cute!!
It was really interesting my parents commented that Jake was totally fine with playfighting (which is good as my family do it ALOT) but as soon as he picked up an aggressive edge (even if it was still playful) he completely freaked out and was inconsolable! My uncle was chasing one of my cousins through the house and she threw herself into the bathroom and slammed the door. Jake had been in the hallway (which was dark but he had gone exploring) and they'd run around him. Someone said watch for Jake and everyone looked and all there was was big whites of his eyes then hysterical terrified screams! It took 4 days for him to go near my uncle again even though he'd been besotted with him as soon as they'd met. I think its the history I have during my pregnancy and his early months. Its only if MALES get aggressive so that says something.
Anyway this turned into abit of a novel lol its really good to have my baby home and oh my I am SOOOO clucky!!!!
