There is a house straight across the road just come up for rent which is bigger than here so fingers crossed , looking at it on Monday hopefully .

That totally does suck. Hoepfully you do get the house across the road as you don't want to change Brae's school.

No so totally don't want to change schools as he is really enjoying it and I like it that it is a smaller school he only has about 10 -12 kids in his class ........ fingers crossed for Monday and it is on the sunny side of the street with no roads to cross to go to school too................. please let us get it !!

Good luck getting the other house!
We were lucky that last time our property sold the new owners wanted to keep it as a rental and keep us. It's a sodding stressful time.

yeah it kinda sucks but then that is life huh when you cannot get into the property market yourselves aye, hopefully we will be debt free in about 2 years and be able to work towards getting into our own home.

grrr - I hate how landlords do this to people! My mum has been in the same situation 3 times within the past 2 years!
She had only been in the house she had to move from last week for less than 2 months!
Good luck for getting the house across the road - how handy would that be for moving!!!

You should ask your landlord to put in a good word for you with the people across the road - it's the least he can do and I bet it would go a long way to helping you get the place.
Sucks though! I've been there *many* times.
