YAYAYAYAY rosie! another E3 fan. te he he
i found that ayja has learnt to sleep sitting up in the small back part in the toddler position (two seats) as she is now far too big for the baby lie back position underneath the toddler seat part - but then paris was heavier so the toddler seat squished down onto Ayja's feet when paris was in it - and i think the E3 version (we have the E2) has been changed to allow for more leg room for baby. but since you will have two bubbas the same age - you will probably be able to alternate it so that the sleepy one can be in the reclined part and the awake one can be in the front. (dunno what you'll do if both want to sleep though.. but how likely is that?? lolol) using the snap n go thingies for a while might be a good idea cos definately once they are older you will be albe to alternate a bit more and it should become easier.
Anyway with the add on seat it did take a while for Ayja to sit comfortably in it, as it has no lay back and is quite upright, and my plunket nurse recommended that she only sit in it while awake until she had good head control whilst asleep, because they can actually block their airways as they sink down into the chair when asleep and have their chin and neck all squished..
they really are as rosie said though, super manouverable and just feel like you are pushing nothing at all. going from our old pram to that one was such a huge change hance why i ramble about it all the time.
and yep baby city tends to have the phil and teds brands of things so try there.

Hey Rosie
Well I'm pretty sure for their first year at school I will have them together then separate them in their 2nd year once they get used to it. Also plan to start the boys at sch a little later due to the whole boys arent ready for sch at 5 etc. Been reading up heaps on the way boys learn compared to girls but thats a whole different story lol
Hey Emma dont know if this helps as I dont have a third older child to worry about but what i did with the boys was get a mountain buggy style buggy for my "walks" )PMSL at how often i go)and when they were bubs I borrowed my friends single buggy and front packed one bub for town trips as couldnt fit my big buggy in my car.
Once the front pack bub(Keegan as he was lighter) started hanging down round my knees I decided it was time to invest in a town pram.
As I only have a little hatchback I got a fold down pram (umbrella style) and it's brilliant - fits in any car. Still using it alittle but I have used it to bits.
Its a McClaren (sp?) side by side and fits thru most doors - in fact there have only been a couple doors i havent had fitted thru. The seats recline right back to laying position and it has a hood for each seat as well as storage thingys underneath.
It was around $350 at Baby City but they do discount with the multiple birth club.
Now it might be onverkill to have too prams/buggies but I got both for less than the price of a new double mountain buggy.
Anyway that was my 10cents worth of advice lol

haha! I have 3 buggies!
The single one we got when Cam was born. We still use on weekends when we have 2 adults around
The Phil & Teds E3V2 for weekends or downtown with Cam walking (not far)
The Pedigree Sport double wide with toddler seat (otherwise known as The Dog or That Thing I Hate) for big long walks to playgroup/ for exercise.
The school they will be going to has 2 new entrant classrooms next to each other, and esp b/c they're identical, I love the idea of splitting them up, but not sure if I'll do that in their first or second year of school. Depends how they are then?!
All those cars are so expensive! Ours cost $4500.

I'm hoping to get between $8000-9000 for my VW so that will give us a good starting point for a new car. I really don't want to get into a finance contract at this point tho with all the other expenses we will be having, so will have to look at our savings and stuff.
I had a quick look at the Phil and Teds a few weeks ago, will have to have a closer look later on.
Marlene - I have two prams atm too - a $30 Babywise umbrella stroller that I use for shopping and stuff, and the big Pioneer2 buggy that I use (used to use!) when I went walking/running with Maya. I'm selling the Pioneer2 atm, am going to hang onto the stroller until the babies arrive and then look at getting a double umbrella stroller for when they're a bit older. I'm not too worried about Maya coz she'll be nearly 4 by then, but I'm thinking maybe a kiddie board for her. Haven't decided yet, will see how she goes closer to the time.
