Super big news in our house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sienna has given up her dummy!!!!! Yesterday arvo I decided that she was to big for it and so slit the top off it and next time she put it in her mouth she did a few sucks pulled it out had a look at it did it agian pulled it out looked at me and I said "oh no nummy broken have to throw it in the bin" so off she went and put it in the bin, then she went and got Noel, told him "nummy broken" and took him to the bin where she burst into tears (so did I sook huh) then she was over it. I thought bed would be a huge issue but she asked once & I told her it was broken and in the bin and that was it. NO MORE DUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooooo proud of her for being so good about it.

I hate it now, she looks so silly with it hanging out of her mouth, even though she only has it for bedtimes.

I'm just not sure she would understand that her numnum was broken?!?!?

That is so cool that she did that.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
