Daniel and DH have both been sick. I have been fighting it off for the last week at least. But finally this morning I woke up tired as hell and with a sore throat.

What helps tiredness other than sleep? I'm upping the amount of iron, B12 and vit c for the next few days to try and help and I'd love to just go to bed and sleep but alas a little toddler won't let me do that of course. I'm not at all hungry but am making myself eat anyway.

I think water helps.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Definately a healthy food range, fruit and veges.
Also a lot of water helps.

Hopefully you are able to fight it before it gets any worse.

LOL I was going to say Sleep... i think alot to do is this wet weather... Cabin fever makes you tired. so if you can get some fresh air and I hear (can't speak from experience LOL) exercise combats tiredness.
