Porridge with 3 dates and soy milk.
Mealmates x2 with marmite.
2 mandarins
Small tin chicken soup and 2 pieces wholemeal toast with
cottage cheese.
Fruit cake-made with unsweetened mixed fuit, flour and juice.
Water only to drink- but not enough!
Having pasta and meatballs for dinner.

Go Kellz you healthy thing!
My cottage pie smells yummy, I put those McCains potato roaster thingies on top instead of mash for change, and put broccoli, carrot, corn and peas in the mince mixture so it's a one pot meal.

Daizy - I made crockpot porridge the other day, it was sooo yummy, hadn't had it in years before that. Good ole comfort food!
Had cottage pie for dinner and about to have a banana and yoghurt.
