I hate it too. I've been thinking about arranged marriages a lot lately... (well, since watching Outrageous Fortune last week when Pascal asked Dr Bruce if his family still had arranged marriages ) it'd just make my life so much easier if someone picked one out for me and I was stuck with him and he was stuck with me! Bliss!

Oh as exciting as the whole dating thing sounds to an old married lady Im soooo glad i dont have to do it! Maybe we should go to a dating website and all us oh baby ladies pick one out for you to go on a date with. kind of an arranged date rather than marriage, you might have better luck lol!

Eeeeek seriously forgot my knitting tonight. Must get onto it.
I told my friend had taken up knitting and his immediate response was "You've given up on getting laid haven't you?"
Yes.

lololol... oh please, knitting.. at least try crochet instead.. that way you actually get somewhere fast.. grows much quicker than knitting does.
lol. I like your friend's response though.

Crochet makes me think of my grandmother in the 70s. Atleast you can knit funky stuff!!!
Mind you... the rate I am going, I'll be still knitting my wonky square in 3 years. It's going to be a hot mat. (I've done about 6 rows so far. )

LOL Becca, my mum gave me an apron, that her mum started embroidering with her, then passed on for her to embroider with me, and its still not finished! I don't think there is much chance of me and Ella finishing it either!

LOL Mel wins!
But her apron story reminds me... my Mum bought some denim material to make some overalls for me when I was 1. 19 years and 12 moves later, the material was finally used to make a bassinette for Kiya that hung inside the cot!
