I missed a weigh in and have had 2 crap no exersize eat rubbish weeks, so at weigh in on friday I had gained 200g which was less than I expected. However, now that my friends wedding (I was BM) is over, I have my eveingings free again... (just have to get past the mini birthday season coming up from this weekend.. )

Start weight 77kg
This weeks weigh in 74.6 (500g loss this week)
total loss 2.4kg

And I have finally started doing some exercise. I walk Alex to school then carry on walking down the road and back (it's a long road) so walking for 45-60mins. I haven't managed to do it everyday yet but I figure if I do at least 4 walks per week thats good, but I will try and do more.

well since i first posted ages ago....started at 78kgs...been eating well, walking at least 4-5 times a week for 40-60mins, doing pilates......

my weight now..............
77kgs!!!

WTF????   i really don't understand what is happening and it's beginning to get me down. my goal was 75kg for a bus trip which is why i wanted to lose weight. the bus trip was sat night so i didn't get to goal in 2mths and i only had 3kgs to lose!!!!!

i won't give up, but i'm seriously wondering why i bother

I find that I need To write down what I eat to keep track of it and I kind of use weight watchers points system as I've done it before. But it's the writing down that really helps as it keeps track of all those little nibbles between meals
Oh and muscle weighs more than fat so you may be building up muscle/toning which is a good thing.

Vanessa, do you do your measurements?? You might find that you aren't loosing "weight" as such but you might be loosing cm's which is even better.

My clothes mostly fit the same but I'm still loosing cm's

But what a nice thing for your DH to say! hehe..

After my cross trainer broke I lost all motivation as it's such a good workout and Daniel thinks its hilarious watching me so it's the perfect exercise really.. but DH fixed it for me last night.. now all I need is my lovely chiro to fix my back tomorrow and I'll be on it again. I don't fancy killing my back today lol.

And I've got new found motivation in that we got a wedding invite for April and I want to wear a dress but not look in it! I sooo need to fix the wobble under my arms! lol

Well I went for my weigh in and after a week and bit of sticking to my points I've gained 400g!!! Grrrr

I'm offically ditching WW, I'll still go get weighed in there but points can really get stuffed. Apart from my first week on points where I lost every other week I've stuck to it I've gained and every week that I do my own thing I loose.
