Ok. These thunder storms right now are the worst in SOoooooOOOoo long!!
The last bout of thunder was very loud and the rain is now buggering up Sky... which hasnt happened for over a year, so it is SUPER heavy rain! Gutters overflowing and everything!
My sons are very puzzled... luckily the one who is petrified of thunder is still in Chch!!

Its awfully loud here too!!! I am a bit phobic about thunder and lightening!! Really dislike it.....the cat is hiding under the duvet and I am tempted to join her! I just cant believe how dark it just got so suddenly!

Aren't they cool. I am amazed that Sam is sleeping through it! Both cats are hiding under the duvet in the bed and it is pitch black here at the moment!
This is the 3rd since last week so I am getting used to it again. The other night there was one at 3am and when we got up in the morning the hail was still all over the lawn. Looked like it had been snowing

The last lot about 5 mins ago was so bad the pictures fell off the mantle and a plate of muffins off the bench... it either hit really close or was right above us!!

I like thunder storms.. or should I say dont mind them.. but this one freaked me out a bit when the stuff fell!!

My friend sent me pics of the hail at her place in orewa Sterryn! It was pretty amazing.. we got hail here but not as much as that!!

I have been getting Ethan to experience thunderstorms.... as in whenever one is here, we both run to the window to watch. I am scared of them and I dont want him to be!!!

They are still going out west...no hail tho.....
