im so angry at them!!! i bought some baby spoons through them 2 weeks ago and payed $6 for overnight trackntrace so when it hadnt arrived after a week i sent them an email and recieved one back a few days later saying that it mustv gotten lost so she was going to courier out another set with a free gift for the inconvenience so i emailed them after a few week days to see what the deal was and they said that it had been sent off a few days ago (from the email date)!!!!!!!!! so i sent back saying that i STILL HAVE NOT!!! recieved them so can they tell me the address they were sending to so i could make sure they had the right one (i had put my address on every email that i had sent them!) but i havnt heard anything back and that was a few days ago!!!! GGGGGGRRRRRRRR!!!! im getting very angry with being mucked around!!!!

Hey Amber, sorry you have been mucked around! I'll email Bonny now and see if she can help you! I've always found them brilliant to deal with so I'm sure she'll sort it out for you ASAP!

Emma Bonny is the lady that i have been dealing with so far. I dont know if im angry at her or the courier or just the whole situation plus my boy is sick and very grumpy from his jabs which is just adding to my frustration

i just had a thought too Emma - if they cant get my address right! and they have sent stuff to you before then i should just get them to post it to you! lol and then i can pick it up when we come up and then at least il actually recieve them then!

Thats a real shame - and not consistent with my experiences with them. I have bought quite a few bits from the site, and have always found Bonny fantastic to deal with!!

I hope that you are able to get it sorted out soon!

I also have found Babystuff great to deal with but must admit that I sent her an email as the courier company mucked me around for about a week before I finally got my package from them. She did say that she is trying to find a new courier company so is possibly still in the process now. i was impressed with her follow up of my email tho!

I have finally got the spoons and they arnt the right ones!!! i did get an email from her saying that her kids are very sick though so he hasnt been quite on top of things so i do feel rather stink for her but still rather frustrated about it all

OK NOW I HAVE RECIEVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM HER AND OH MY GOD SHE IS LOVELY!!! I FEEL TERRIBLE FOR GETTING AT HER WHEN IT WAS THE COURIER COMPANY AND IT APPEARS THAT THE SPOONS ARNT THE SAME AS THE PIC BUT I THINK THAT WAS MY BLUNDER!! *MY BAD*!!! (Shoudv read properly) AND IM SO NOT COMPLAINING NOW COS SHE SENT ME EXTRA SPOONS FOR THE HASSLE AND OFFERED TO REFUND FOR ALL THE HASSLE (I declined though!!). I take back all my frustration at her and channel it towards the courier company!!!!! lol
