after googling it - yup looks like its a rear projection - I would never buy one of those IMO that is.

This is the type we have got and love it - great picture (the black doesn't look grey) stylish look.

Yeah I think it might be rear projection. Dunno, its all gobbledy gook to me lol!!

That looks very cool. Bit out of our price range though seeing as it is an unplanned for expense lol! I think we might have to go for the Panasonic plasma

I heart my SIL Sony 40" LCD!!! Defintely would want one if I had a big enough lounge for it and a big enough bank balance lol

Our next tv will be a sony bravia. Love them.

We currentl have a 43inch rear projecter tv at the moment and its a good tv. Nothing wrong with it. We've had it for about 5 years and it goes well. I don't like how big it is but DH loves it. I really don't want anything as big next time.

We have a Sony Bravia and the best feature for me was the fact that the power and other buttons are all along to top of the unit so out of reach for Alyssa muahaha She was quite disappointed in that fact once we got it home..no more on, off, on, off, on, off...

yeah wouldn't buy a rear projection for the reason its so big.

I got told that the plasmas have a short life span than the LCD's.I have a 32inch Sony Bravia and love it
