Thats soo bad, I would have done my nut. I have heard so many horror stories about daycare centres and I just cant let my girl go there.

I would definately complain, so lucky you were there of course, but the attitude of the caregivers - thats disgusting !

Definitely complain, it is a place full of kids and accidents are just waiting to happen with access to the roads like that. I can't see how another adult wouldn't stop him going out, talk about useless.

I think it was Lollipops the children's indoor playgrounds, not Lollipops the childcare centres?

oh ok, well even so. If you choose to work with kids in any respect you should have and show a genuine interest in their safety. Id still go nuts at their lack of safety procedure
