Yum!! AAANNNNDDDD for once, after someone has given me a craving, I actually have some in the house! (made a choccie cake yesterday in fact and there is still some left!)

lmao! No it didn't have a plastic handle! It would have melted all over the oven (and the cake, then I would have been really P'd off!)

The cake was ok. A bit crunchy on top because I had to cook it for double the time because it was deeper than a normal cake tin.
