I ended up having an omelette with ham, cheese and spinach, Isla had McD's earlier on the way home from the beach, and DH had leftover mac cheese, lol!

We just had scrambled eggs. It's way too hot to cook for longer than ten minutes!
Last night we had filled rolls - salad, salami, your choice of 2 types of hummus or mayo, beetroot, cheese if you can be bothered cutting it... Man I might have to go make a roll now!

Though one of my favourite dinners lately in baked beans on toast with a fried egg. So yummy!

We had tortilla wraps with carrot, cheese, egg, spinach and hummus with fat free sausage and some sweet corn. Lazy meal!
