Well done Becks!

Are you giving up the Coke Zero too?

A friend of mine used to drink a hell of a lot of fizzy ie a couple of litres a day & she swapped them for water & lost a heap of weight.

How does that work? I've heard the same thing before, so don't doubt it's the case... but its hard to imagine that giving up something with no kj content could cause you to lose weight!

if its replaced with water then it can help you drop weight. people can often be retaining fluid causing excess weight because the body stores fluid not knowing when it will get its next batch in, but more importantly water is the bodies system to ship fat out of the body. if you burn heaps of fat but it cant leave the body then it re-stores so totally worth thinking bout how much water you drink :)

Um no I can't give up 2 things at the same time. I would be a nightmare to be around . I have swapped from buying 2-3 600ml bottles a day to 1 2.25 bottle every 4 days to have at work. I took in a glass and the bottles to work and have it by the glass at the moment. However I did have a 600ml bottle today as well all got one (well Andrew and Josh shared) with an icecream (it is so hot here today in the desert).

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
