lol am starting to feel like a property manager myself, have had to make so many phone calls this morning and working out dates for leaving and all that. now have to wait for call back from new property manager as they do thing differently which would mean even if we movedont he 30th, their tenency week starts the 25th.. so we would have to pay for that.. our current place we have to give 21days notice.. which they can only backdate till monday.. meaning we have to pay till the 4th.. argh, cannot pay for 2 houses for nearly 2 weeks, would be stupid and we aren't that rich.. so have to ring and see if we can move to new place on the 1st when their new payment week starts from so that our "first weeks rent" pays for the actual first week we are there, not just the week that we are moving on.. argh. crazy stressful darn stuff.
lol but yes overall feeling good.

That is great news glad you got the house , we moved recently and paid rent at two house for 4 days not rich either but was so good to be able to take our time as Tony had not long started a new job so could not get time off, was the best move we have ever down absolutely no stress and moved most of it ourselves just had the big furniture moved through elliots transport, if you move on a monday or tues they do a cheaper rate.
