   I need to exercise lol..
Except my motivation is sh*t lol so I'm looking for ways to motivate myself and I was reading a book and it advises that you should exercise before getting pregnant because it will help you through your pregnancy etc. Makes sense..
So my question: does it really help at all? hehe

hehehe. I use to be extremely good going to the gym every day apart from sunday but then I got a day job and can't be bothered with it after work so my exercise has slipped badly and have gained back half the weight that I lost which is a bit depressing.

I didnt exercise before or during my pregnancy and to be honest havn't exercised enough since, but.. I have heard good things about yoga classes before and during pregnancy???? And ofcourse we are all supposed to exercise 30mins a day. Well thats not gonna happen for me, but I'm sure it does make you feel batter!

I used to jog daily and do arobics on weekdays before I fell pregnant, and carried on jogging (slowly!) until about 18 weeks. Now I just wlak the dog. I've had a really easy pregnancy so far, so I don't know how much it helps or if its just the luck of the draw! I persoanlly just feel heaps better when I exercise regulary, and have heaps more energy.

I was motivated to excercise before getting pregnant cos I read somewhere that if u are active u are less likely to get post-natal depression,..with my faimly history of depression I would give anything a go! I certainly felt better when excercising regularly,...but not I can hardly manage the housework,..so probably wont have the same benifit as if I had kept going!
Also if u tone up your back and abdo muscles its gotta help,...so much strain on your back during pregnancy!
